Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Attendance

• Commitment: Enrolment secures a regular weekly spot in a group class.

• Absences: Full session fees apply unless at least 24 hours' notice is given.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice Period: Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time.

• Late Notice: Requests made under 24 hours will be treated as non-attendance and charged fully.

 

3. Payment Terms

• Billing Cycle: Fees are billed weekly or monthly (depending on agreement) via cash or card.

• Account Status: Continued enrolment requires fees to be kept up to date.

 

4. Student Conduct

• Expectations: Students must treat tutors and peers with respect.

• Disruptions: Behaviour that interrupts the learning environment will result in a discussion with parents/guardians.

 

5. Tutor Conduct

• Commitment: Tutors will maintain a professional, supportive, and punctual environment.

• Communication: Tutors will provide clear progress updates and keep all student information strictly confidential.

6. Public Holidays & Breaks

• Holidays: No classes run on major public holidays unless pre-arranged.

• Term Breaks: Sessions automatically pause during school holidays unless requested otherwise.
