Lessons at UExL Academy are conducted both live online and in-person, allowing students and parents flexibility and convenience. Online classes are conducted via Zoom where tutors go through live session workbooks to teach content with targeted practice questions, and provide worksheets and regular assessments to students.

Late students still receive all the tutoring resources provided in the lesson. Lessons still end at the scheduled time. Lesson cancellations should be communicated 24 hours in advance before the lesson begins.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, to allow tutors adequate time to adjust. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a non-attendance and charged accordingly.

UExL Academy only provides group tutoring with a maximum of 5-6 students. This can be held online or in person. Our small class size keeps learning highly interactive, boosting students confidence with their peers.

Sessions, including NAPLAN, Selective, and Scholarship preparation, are 60 minutes for students in grades prep-10. VCE sessions run for 90 minutes.

At UExL Academy, live online sessions are run via Zoom. During online sessions, tutors provide and teach the content from prepared live session workbooks that include relevant concepts for the lesson, as well as targeted practice questions covering the different types of questions students are expected to answer.  Tutors also provide worksheets with exam/test style questions for students to solidify their knowledge, and periodic assessments to track progress.

At UExL Academy, students are provided with structured lesson notes, targeted practice questions, and exam style worksheets aligned with their school curriculum.  For exam preparation, we use past exam-style questions and timed practice to help students get comfortable with exam formats and build confidence under time pressure.
